In Texas, where I live, you can be sure all December is a month’s worth of festive colors, T-shirts with silly slogans, and even though it could be over 80 degrees, there will be a fair amount of fuzzy sweaters with snowmen for buttons. So, all those must come out of storage.
Oh my, what a privilege to pray for Israel in the land of Israel. A rabbi there told us that the downside of coming to Israel is that afterwards you can’t really explain the experience. It just simply changes you. How are there enough words for walking around in & touching fulfilled prophecy that CONTINUES to unfold? Enjoy my March 28 blog below.
Too many times the house of the Lord has been neglected when it comes to prayer. As believers, we know the house of the Lord is no longer just the temple in Jerusalem. We became the temple of the Lord. Individually, we have become houses of prayer. Corporately, we are the house of prayer.
Begin to praise God for filling you with the Holy Spirit. Speak those words and syllables you receive—not in your own language, but the language given to you by the Holy Spirit. You have to use your own voice. God will not force you to speak. Don’t be concerned with how it sounds. It is a heavenly language!
I was talking with my Dad, Kenneth Copeland, a couple of days after the convention. We were both trying to put into words what we sensed. I told him that when I walked into the prayer room Monday evening it was clear we were starting at a different level than in years past. It wasn’t so much that we had grown, but that we had been lifted; in other words this new level was not by our own doing, but by His. He was particularly excited to hear about those of you who had connected with us through the website, Facebook and Twitter. I told him how ready you were to pray and how easy it was. When you saw the prayer alerts and tweets and responded, I knew “you were on it!” I was very aware of your supply. I told him how strongly we sensed that the spirit of prayer was connecting us all, both near and far. Then he said this:
“Your pray-ers are the upper room people. Your praying spilled over into the convention like those in the Upper Room spilled out into the streets of Jerusalem. Without the Upper Room praying there would have been nothing in the city. Gloria and I appreciate what you all have done with all our hearts. We are so grateful!”

It’s time to remind ourselves of who we are – seated in the heavenlies with Jesus (Eph. 2:6). There lies the seat of authority over all natural things, including the weather. This kind of hot weather pattern is under the curse. We receive the mercies of God over our nation and the grace of God on the Church to do something about it! Even as we have learned to speak to storms, we shall speak to “heat domes” and drought.
